Ripoff Those people are a bunch of unprofessional people with horrible customers service that need to be shut down immediately

I went to Tiger Direct to see if they could tell me what was wrong with my computer I had a gray screen so, I thought it maybe the video card. Something simple I thought. The first problem began when I stood in line waiting for for abiyt 20 mins. Waiting for this one sales assoc. To finish talking with this elder gentlemen with his computer. The conversation went into more that this fellows computer. Which got me really upset because he didn't even acknowledge me as a customer he kept talking.

Then finally he asked can I help you I started to say no and leave but I needed to know what was wrong with my computer. He tells me ok it will be $50.00 to check it out, and that they had no techs.in at this time so someone would call me later that afternoon or the next day. I said fine if they couldn't find out what was wrong withit I would just buy another computer. Maybe from them because of the good deals I saw when walking around the store.

Guess what? They didn't call either day so I tried calling them on the 3rd day couldn't get in contact with anyone just on hold for about 15-20mins. So I hung up tried again same thing so I waited until the next day which is the 4th day. Finally I speak to someone and they tell me that my computer hasn't been looked at but, someone will check it out tomorrow to call back in the evening.

Now we are into day 5 and of course I call in the evening and I am put on hold forever and 3 days, until the store has closed and I can't get thru. So know I am very upset and planning to go pickup my computer the next day. I call they tell me oh your computer is ready to be pickup. I am wondering how I don't even know whats wrong with it and who told them to fix it. I asked the woman how much is it and she puts me on hold again. Then she comebacks and tells me, I sorry she made a mistake they haven't looked she doesn't see any paperwork on and it was put with the computers that are complete. I told just leave it I'm coming to pick it up don't worry I'll find someone else to look at it. I get there and wait in line for 30mins with again nobody asking can I help you just employees walking around talking and playing with other co-workers. Finally I stopped an assoc. And told him I needed to pick up my computer.

Out of the clear blue an invoice appeared with a $50.00 charged the assoc. Told me that it was my motherboard, but the invoice read mybe video card. Asked to speak with a manager which was out to lunch. So I spoke to a supervisor that got a tech. That said he would fix it because I had become so upset with the service that I was in tears crying. I was there for an hour and half late for work and he told me I had to leave it will be fixed that afternoon.

Called later not ready yet come tommorow with is day 7. I didn't go, waited for the 10th day my husband went with me. Wait in line for 10-20 mins for someone to come and help me and still not ready. The guy who helped me a couple of days before came and worked on it for 30mins got it ready for me to take home. Paid $90.00 for the repair and he tells me my computer was shot and he had to replace everything with used parts and that there is no warranty on any of the parts just the labor. But, the computer is running great. Took it home and I didn't have any sound. Called told the guy bring it in I will fix it.

Took it back they had it for 3 more days. I just show up my computer wasn't ready I sat in that store for 4 hours with this guy trying everything to get the sound working I closed the store with the employees trying not to have to comeback to this place again every. He finally fixed the sound I did hear it there when I got home no sound I had to go out and buy speaks for my computer. A few days later I am trying to print something from the computer my printer doesn't work, It's telling me to connect my usb cable to the ports I had 4 ports on my orginally computer now I only have two and neither one of they work.

I went to this place thinking these people were experts and got burned. I could have let my 14 year old nephew look at and got better results. Those people are a bunch of unprofessional people with horrible customers service that need to be shut down immediately.
