Fraud charging me or it go's to colliction when it was canclled

I will never use it again! 1and1.com charged me for a year of domain name when it was canceled! I will blast this all over my twitter and face book Fraud is what 1AND1 stands for! They gave me the ultimatum let it go to collections or pay for a year of a domain name that has ends in october that makes no sense
