A exact copy of the tickets is below. Basically the support at www.DatingSiteBuilder.com was so slow responding that I asked for a refund. There response was to continue to give delayed support thats no longer needed. The support is horrible and I will continue to fight for my money back until they make good of the 30day money back promise mention on their site.

1. I have attempted to get tech support for order 4829655032 which was the purchase of a backpage clone script for the site LocalPlayMate.com. Current the default categories remain listed although I have went into the control panel and created my own preferred categories which are not showing up.
2. Everything is displayed in one column instead of multiple columns and shown in the demo of the software prior to purchase.

I have checked and it seems that the categories that you have mentioned above are not present in your account.
You can also check this by logging into your admin panel go to Manage click on categories here you can see all categories and sub-categories for your domain.

I have checked and seen that the categories you want to remove are deleted.
Please check this your self by using the following steps:
You can also check this by logging into your admin panel go to Manage click on categories here you can see all categories and sub-categories for your domain.
If you still want to remove some categories, you can do from there.
