I signed up for a free membership to view the website. I had to include my credit card information to do this. They immediately charged my account $99.00 without my permission. I contacted them and informed the company that I did not agree to the $99.00 charge. At first they refused to give me a refund. I demanded to speak to a supervisor and argued with him for at least thirty minutes.
Finally, he said that he would refund my account $74.00 if I would agree to let them keep the rest and they would guarantee that I would win a iPad or iPod touch. They advised me to bid on the product and when my bid balance was below 60 to call them and they would replenish my account. I stayed on the website for weeks and did not win anything. Every time that I called them to replenish my bids they gave me a very hard time. At one point they refused to give me any more bids and refused to let me speak to a supervisor. I kept calling them back and they finally got tired of my calls and refunded my money.
Also, you will be glued to your computer for hours trying to win something. Many times I would be bidding on a product and it would disappear from the auction. Moreover, they do not post all of the completed auctions, and you cannot tell what amount the product old for. Additionally, for every bid that you male it will cost you sixty cents and the cost of the product if you win it.
Do not waste your time or money on this internet scam.
