They offered me a refund of $18 for the $129 tablet

I've handled several businesses in China. Discovered these men simply because they had a pill I had been involved in. First got it also it worked, but might freeze. They'd me deliver it back and delivered me a smaller quality refurb pill instead. It worked for around 1 second. They provided me a reimbursement of $18 for that $129 pill. 18 really was all it had been value to start with.
