These Men make people believe that they are Mandates and representatives of SIA Investment, LLC and they send out offers on the letter head of this Company. I responded to some of these offers and they asked me to ask my clients to send ICPO's after which the contracts will be issued to them, which my Clients did. After sending the ICPO's, we were informed by them that the Company had run short of products and that we should allow them 11 to 15 days to restock and that they will get back to us. They even sent Letters on the letter head of SIA Investment, LLC to this effect. It has been more than a month and no response from them. When we call they don't pick up our calls neither do they respond to our messages on SKYPE. We were left with no option than to contact SIA Investment LLC direct and that is when we learnt that SIA Investment LLC does not know these individuals. People should therefore be careful of dealing with these two people as they are a fraud.
