The caliber of their product is deplorable. Avoid the unfamiliar manufacturers, they appear good on-screen but you'll get k mart quality and spend more. Despite I recognized this, I caught to higher recognized manufacturers and obtained some broken/defective product.in the beginning I believed these were flukes and so I extended to-order (attracted by their reduced costs) also it turned a running scam:
-A jacket with one sleeve longer compared to additional
-A having a hem that totally unraveled
-A which was around three dimensions too big (wrong tag?)
-a high with one armhole longer compared to additional and complicated/lopsided
-A reflection really unevenly decorated and damaged
CS hassled me each time for my shipping reimbursement. Needed to mail images and delay times for response and return authorization. Acquired "courtesy credit" of $25 every time that was simply lure for me personally to-order more faulty product. Never buying there again.
