Neat
Lost all my company's information - cannot recover file

I purchased the Neat Scanner (with software) approximately 2 months ago.

I lost over 3,000 Documents which I cannot recover!

It has ruined my business!

When Neat was contacted for help, they purposely diconnected me!

For the money paid (over $400.00). It is simply not worth the problem.

I am unable to submit my documents to my CPA and all business expenses incurred (for multiple years) are lost!!!

Neat is an inferior product that should not be purchased! The product is not worth your hard earned money!!!
