Neat.com. Before purchasing this item please beware of the following. This company does not have any way to obtain live customer support. They have a phone number for sales, but nothing for support. After putting in about 20 hours of scanning time. I opened the program to find it wanted to start me all over again. No way to recover. I opened a "trouble ticket" and after 4 days have heard nothing back from the company. I have since returned the "boat anchor" product to the mass merchandiser I purchased it from. Great idea with a faulty implementation and NO SUPPORT. Beware~
