Titaneer CEO Martin Wilson is a criminal who has set up scam after scam after scam. He sells "business opportunities" or "internet education" programs to unsuspecting victims who are coerced out of their hard earned money with the promise of riches and success while working from home.
In 2005 Martin lost a $14,812, 169.00 judgement from the FTC (federal trade commission) for ripping people off with such scams. He was also forbidden from ever operating another business of this type.
In spite of that judgement, Martin continued to operate under different company names like "Wealth Systems", "Info Money Club" and his latest scam, "E-Learn University" http://www.elearnu.com/. He changes addresses and company names often, manipulating the system to try to get around the law. When these kind of scams were outlawed in the US, Martin started peddling his scams overseas.
