This company does take my money and are not answering phone or is their service working

This company worked well for 4 months but now the phone number does not work, they are not answering their phone and do not answer emails. I have tried to cancel their service to no avail. It is like they are not in business but continue to take the monthly fee. Last month this problem beganThere is no listing of city or state.
