In spite of a previous report regarding this individual he still continues to make a pest of himself. I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with him on Ebay U. K where this idiot purchases items and never pays for them. Avoid this person at all costs. I don't know what joy or gain he gets from this activity but he certainly is making a nuisance of himself.
