Following my initial submission on Thursday 13th September and Harias rebuttal on 14th September offering to refund
my money, he has supplied no less than three e-mail addresses for me to contact him for a refund and yet a refund has not been forthcoming. He states that he had not received any messages from me since 17th August when I first
requested a refund, although he claims on his website called 'Insider Internet Success' that his contact support portal is better than ever.
After writing my initial Ripoff report, he was very quick to e-mail me, demanding that the report be removed, yet he has not refunded my money. The cheek of the man!
This appears to be his style making idle promises which he has no intention of honouring in order to prevaricate, procrastinate and steal peoples money. I am certainly not the first person he has attempted to try this delay tactic with.
Kavit Haria is in breach of the UK Sale of Goods Act and has been reported to Trading Standards.
I am in the process of taking legal action against him. Be very wary of this sham character!
