Ripoff they charged my credit card for something that I didn't get I cancellced this and have an e=mail as proof

I wanted to order some games from the all games network and when I went to download i couln't get the games so I sent them an e-mail immediately and cancelled advising them not to charge my account and they did anyway under the name of New Healthy savings out of Florida. I am also advising my credit card company. This is a big rip off.
