Says husband order and he did not then says did it over the internet and did not. Second company played lound music and kept me on hold in hopes that i would hang up and did not help me at all only pass the buck to company on. Unsure The Bill Came On Our SBC Phone Bill Unexpectly Phone bill/
I got my phone bill and have a $14.00 bill from usa voicemail. We did not order this and i had a hard time getting a hold of them. First i had to call OAN who played extremly loud and very unpleasnat music in my ear for half an hour and then they just gave me the run arroun until they had enough of me. Gave me usa voice mail number and thye claim my husband order on line. Which i know is a lie. Cause he is the one that had a fit. I just spoent over a hour to take off a $15.00 bill that a did not order because some company thinks that they can add whatever they want as soon as they get ahold of someone ss #.
Thank goodness for sbc phone company that insteadily took the bill off and then made it so they could not rebill me.
