I requested the dvd "Flicks" out of this organization on 7/7 - they did not process it until 7/17, charged my credit account around 7/27 - as of today (8/29), I've nevertheless not acquired the dvd. I documented this towards the Better Business Office - no reaction from vendor. I subsequently advised him that I'd record him towards the Florida Attorneygeneral's workplace and perhaps small-claims judge, plus document criticism sites against his organization. He responds he had a demise within the household (the same as he did using the prior complaintant), and it has nevertheless didn't deliver the dvd. Boycott the corporation!!!
