Omni Solutions & Success Training
Ryan Madsen - Summit Group #1800 405-8582 High sales -take no for answer, other peoples money-build website& product& warranty. Decieved & stretched truth, tried to cancel - was refused, charged credit card phone

I was contacted by phone in regard to starting a home based internet business by Summit Gr/Omni business Solutions coaching. High sales pitch included warranty & money back if I didn't succeed w/in 4-6 months. I tried to say no, but needed an extra income & was talked into it.

My credit card was charged $3000. (part of it). They attempted to charge another, & couldn't. I tried to cancel & asked them to stop before it went thru on my Capital One credit card, however they charged the balance $1100. Without my permission on Capital One anyway.

I contacted Capital One same day/next day & explained my dilemma to dispute dept, but their advice was try to work it out with the company, give it time, & if no success, call back & file a dispute. After a month of refusal & phone line mailbox full, & no responses anymore, I contacted Capital One again. Even they could not contact them.

Finally, I was able to contact Omni customer support, & they're response was If I refused a 6 month trial of the business I would forfeit any possibility of getting a (pro rated) refund. And if I went to Capital One, they would fight & hold up the dispute. I was assured they would work with me every step of the way from beginning to end & there was no way I couldn't succeed.

I contacted Capital One, & relayed Omni's statement. Capital One sent me a form to fill out, & I mailed it back. A month later, I found out Capital one never received the form, or lost it. I resubmitted & was told to give them 2-3 weeks to process, They requested more info that I didn't have.

Meanwhile, Success Train kept calling to set up appointment schedules & declining was not an option, so I had to keep them because they repeated no refunds w/o trying. They refunded me $350. Due to illness & one month postponement (still hoping for credit card reversal.

There was no product received to return, misleading info, research help minimal, they charged an extra monthly fee for web-site. Training wasn't completed & phone help ended & I did not succeed.

Back to Capital One with fraud charges against Summit/Omni/Success Train.

Capital One sent forms, I faxed back & finally Capital One closed the case. I tried re-opening it several times for three years without any success. I paid about $1700. - $1800., but refused to pay the balance after Capital One closed the case & refused to re-open it. For 3 years of dispute they refused to waive interest on the charge.

Capital One decided to sue me in civil court for the balance which with interest & late fees is over $4100.00. My court date is August 28th.
