To begin with... If you should be a new comer to the website (have not authorized) and find out the "solution this issue" switch that guarantees to contribute $5 into your consideration, Do Not get it done. Yes, they request a contact address however they wont spend you if you don't are an authorized teacher, hence you worked at no cost.
I called customer support to determine how to deal with this. I'd've had a much better discussion having a wall.'she' explained:
"this can be a PAID site, so you've TO PAY FOR us for all of US to assist you." (word-for-word)
I pleasantly advised her that I had beennot searching for a question to become responded, but I was really addressing a problem. She explained,
"Please pay us first."
N... T... Y... Today I am pissed...
"I really donot believe you realize me. I'm addressing a, hence i'm offering you something, hence i'm adding to your salary. I'm not somebody searching for a solution, those individuals have to spend. I'm somebody who simply responded a problem."
She replied,
"Is there other things I will assist you to with?"
Watts... T... Y...
"yes... Reply my damn issue."
No reply...
Five minutes later
Me: "are you currently however there?"
No reply...
2 minutes later she disconnects and briefly barred my IP from talking.
Moral of the tale, don't question them concerns if you don't would like to get your IP banned from talking.
Customer Support such as this is just a precursor to the way the website may proceed to use, sh*tty. For all those of you who declare to truly have a fantastic knowledge... Its merely a subject of time.
