I purchased a puppy from Beverly & Tom Jenkins in Iowa through puppyfind.com. I paid $875 for a TOY American Eskimo and received a much bigger dog. They are supposed to be between 6-10 lbs at full size & she is now 7.5 lbs at 12 weeks. They also either falsified medical records (or gave me the wrong dog) as the medical forms I received state that she had her dew claws removed & my dog has dew claws (their reply was that rear dew claws were removed) but the vet says this is clearly untrue.
They have been rude, sarcastic & insulting in their replies. Stating that I didn't want the dog (Who flies 1/2 way across the country for a dog they don't want!) & they offered an exchange after we had bonded. I would never give her to them as they are dishonest & I fear for what they would do.
They sold me a mini in place of a toy.
They falsified medical records.
They will not refund the difference between the price of a toy & a mini (they even lied about how much they charge for mini despite the fact that I can SEE what they charge online for minis.
