The thing is that I requested on August, 12th now 16th I've not obtained any delivery verification or any reaction about when my purchase is likely to be delivered. I advised the shop because the starting (before purchasing) that my spouse is likely to be departing the resort in Nyc on August, 23rd (12am). Scott replied okay! I've spoken to him, by telephone but he claims (I'll do, I'll do, do not fear) nevertheless he never does. He does not react my emails. I'm really disappointed with him and his universal reactions aside from the disrespect per the client. The CREDIT has billed me. I scared of my spouse may go back to Brazil without my bundle, around US$ 670. I'd appreciate any support.
