I did have service with NETZERO, but canceled in October. I was assured at the time by a female, that everything would be taken care of. As of September I'm still being billed for service I have not had and could't use if I had it. Iwas disconnected in 2003. I was told they can see i haven't used the service, they can only repay me for two months worth of these charges. I have notified my credit card company that they may no longer charge their bill to my account. I still want to be paid back.
