Five day ago I divided to cut off my land line from ATT and have internet only. With my suprise they drop my internet package too. I used to have att hsi elite and now I have att hsi pro. For the past (YeaRS) I have elite they never inform me that their going to do this to me once I cut off my land line. So this morning I found out that I can't upgrade my internet form it was before elite. Because that number I have before has the that capabilities to have elite. Before we move to our new house three years ago i took that number with us. But now since I drop the land line I can't get elite anymore. If I do get a new land line in my current address it will only have att hsi pro only. Suck ass!!! So for those people who thinking disconneting your land line ask att first if your still have the same internet package or else your going to lose it. Very unhappy about ATT internet services right I'm thinking getting rid our internet service soon.
