It's a young Internet upstart.com run by young men who have no business accumen and zero desire to do quality work.
Once they have a customer's money up front, they don't care if they breach contracts or do the work wrong or cause huge problems for the customer.
They obtain in advance monies from customers by falsely alleging a money-back guarantee, but refuse to honor their guarantee.
It is an understaffed, confused, greedy operation which demands thousands of dollars cash up front from unsuspecting consumers.
