Waiting forever for sunglasses and being told stories

I requested 4 set of spectacles from Sears Optical throughout their "total set of spectacles for $99" unique which finished 6/28/08. It was on 6/23/08 at night. Significantly less than per week later, I named directly into discover that my 2 set of distinct contacts had are available in currently although not the computer spectacles or even the shades. I waited till I delivered from holiday and named in on possibly 7/5 or 7/6 simply to be informed my pc spectacles were in, although not the shades. On 7/7, I was named by Terry, the store-manager of the Visual division and advised that my spectacles were delivered and really should be hereby Friday that was, 7/11. I named on Saturday and was informed that yes they'd been delivered and really should appear on Tues. Or Weds. I called again on Weds, the 16th and was informed it had been Weds. Or Thurs when they'd come in and they'd be there tomorrow. I again requested to get a criticism quantity and was handed some quantity that did not work.
