Misrepresentation: I ordered from earthInkjet a Continuous Ink Supply System (CISS). The model purchased was priced at $89 plus $10 for shipping = $99 total. I did not receive the model I purchased; instead, I received a CISS that earthInkjet sells for $79. Nicholas Myaskovski would not refund the $10 difference, but instead offered me a $20 discount coupon. The CISS model I received sells elsewhere on the internet for as low as $34 and if I wanted that model, I would have purchased it for a lower price from a different internet on-line business.
The phone number posted on earthInkjet's website is useless. I was unable to connect with a real person. Each time I called a recording informed me that I did not have the type of account to talk with customer service. My only option was to communicate with customer service via earthInkjet's live chat window.
Poor on-line customer service: I waited patiently for long periods to receive clarification on portions of the directions that were unclear to me. I followed through with the installation only after I fully understood the correct installation procedure. After countless hours of tweaking the CISS, I was covered with ink and in possession of not only a poor quality CISS, but a useless printer as well.
Nicholas Myaskovski assessed the malfunction, determined the CISS to be defective, and offered a replacement model. I waited for the earthInkjet to ship replacement. I never receive a replacement. Since this CISS is not the model, I wanted and of inferior quality, I requested to return this product for a full refund. As of this writing, Nicholas Myaskovski remains unresponsive.
