Internet service payment, My computor at crash and not working since late nov. And I have replaced it I could not have used any services

May computor wasn't operating it failed in november. Of 2011 and it wasn't repairable. I've not at this time substitute it having a new computor or notebook. I'd no use or method to make use of the online sites with AT&T.
