Ajilon a member of the multi-billion dollar Adecco group is a dishonest manipulative organization. They do not care about customers, employees, and it appears shareholders.
Ajilon has terminated star employees, managers and executives not for performance but for power manipulation games. As a common mode of operation, Ajilon apparently does not believe in delivering strong services to customers.
Ajilon operates to compromise key individuals within customers who will accept inferior service in return for individual career support and advancement. Ajilon has a significant government presence and is well supported by their agents within government performing their slimy deeds.
Internally Ajilon does not support or use to advantage top performers but the old guard will use them and spit them out to their advantage.
Do not support ajilon or adecco. You will be sorry.
