I have had this service for under a month and have made app. 15-20 contacts to resolve issues that have YET to even be addressed. The "service reps" seem to think I'll be satisfied by having my daily allowance restored only to have to use said allowance to constantly refresh pages in order to try to resolve the issue! Arrrrrrrrrrrrrgggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhh!!!
