FAQ900.com ZZ, Inc. Ripoff, charged for internet phone call that was not made

This is the second time this company has charged my phone bill 40 dollars plus state and Federal taxes; I paid it the last time because I thought my teenager had used it. I know better now and I refuse to pay this bill. No one in my household used this on the date in question and the sooner something is done about this so called company the better.
