They've added charges to our dsl payment for 4 weeks on the poor dsl modome that at@t dsl support, i've been dealing at@t dsl issues for 4 weeks was shipped back to at@t. All customer service representatives notice: they've the aged modome but can't handle absent to take my bill's charges. Also the customer service representatives can't fixe the issue, they do not understand how, our websites was terminated by at@t for there problem with-there payment they might not fixe or fix. Our bill was paid for our dsl service promptly every single month, entirely. At@t is just a really bad company todo business with. Everybody said they might fixe the issue, without support i had been fixed ultimately. Bad organization.
