Follow these steps to get your money back, at least I got mine after few phome calls:
First send an e-mail to "[email protected]" with the subject "Refund Request" and write the following
I "Enter your name" certify that I am legitimately unsatisfied with my 24/7 Downloads Membership. Below is my account information.
Billing Transaction ID: "your Transaction Id you recived from ibill.com"
Username: Your user name
Password: Your Password
I wish to obtain a full refund for the amount of: $33.36 (USD)
I also certify that I will immediately uninstall and delete the Download Software and any incentives that may have accompanied the Service, as well as any serial numbers or registration information that I was provided with by 24/7 Downloads. My reason for requesting this refund is as follows:

Of course you'll get no response sending this e-mail to them.
Second call Ibill "1-800-307-3558", they'll ask u about your transaction Id and some other information about the transaction. Now they'll ask u to forward them the e-mail u sent 247downloads. Do it and they'll refund your money.
