It was impossible to figure out how to download music, so i wanted a refund. No refund forthcoming. Rosebank New South Wales, Australia

I knew straight away that i didnt want their service, as it was impossible to figure out how to download the music they were offering. So, i asked for a refund. They have given me the runaround, but not my refund. Shitheads, may they realise the error of their ways, and do something good with their lives.
