This company claims that you are able to legally download music and games etc. For a one time membership fee due annually. They comfirm information and request your preference for payment. Then they E-mail you a user ID and password. This does not work immediatley. However when attempts to later log-in you are allowed a one time download and then the site ceases to work.
Please make sure that you use a reputable form of payment so that your account is not abused and so you are able to get a rapid refund.
