I canceled my account with stamps.com in Jan. 2012. It is not June and after SIX phone calls to stamps.com I still have not received a refund for the unused pre-paid postage that was left in my account.
Avoid stamps.com! They have over 1,100 complaints with the Better Business Bureau! Wish I had known this before I did business with this shoddy outfit.
