Avoid sudden link if possible. I called to cancel my service. I went another company. Called first week in september. They guy on the phone was real nice. Told my i was paid in full since you have to pay them in advance. They the order was messed up. The guy did not show up to pick up the boxes for a month.in the meantime i had it all disconnected so had not idea the service was still on. I have called their billing department 5 times. They have told me it was taken care of. Now today i am receiving a collections notice. Now can not get anyone to answer the phone in billing today. I feel this is very deceptive.
