Do not contract with these people for PHP, Linux, or any other type of information technology services as they will fraud your contract.
They will pay you fine when things are going well for them, but the second something goes wrong they will pull the plug on the project, ignore the contract, and leave you hanging out to dry. They've done it to a bunch of programmers like Chris who created asianromance.com, koreansingles.com etc which are all "fisher sites" connected to the same back end.
No business plan, not and customer service, and they will quickly break the laws of business when it suits them so DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Don't invest in them either unless you are even dumber than who works for them because they will certainly never give you any ROI. I've personally watched them go 18 months switching through 5 projects without completing them, only to fail to give the investor a product and fraud contractors on final pay. You've been warned!
