Terrible customer support. Additionally, site is deceptive. Site makes it terribly challenging to gain access to the "download free" choice.in the point-of selecting possibly download free or spend to deliver to some pharmacy, the "tabs" for-free download are inactive. The pay to deliver to pharmacy option is outlined and seems to be the only real productive choice. You've to find and discover the little, weak "no cheers" switch at the end to get free from the display that exhibits both choices but won't allow you to choose the download free, you have to discover the switch and state no thanks to spending money on the support. I had been suckered into spending money on the support since I didn't begin to see the "no thanks" option.in the display to select a drug-store I really could just select a title of the pharmacy, not really a particular target. After I picked a pharmacy, there is no more option, I had been informed I'd obtain info when my picture was prepared to get. I obtained a contact later—the e-mail wasn't resolved to my title, instead it had been resolved to some name I'm not accustomed (not really near to mine). Aswell, the get tackle was multple states away. I delivered a contact to customer support (since there is no additional method to contact the organization) and obtained an answer that my reimbursement was satisfied —no apology. I had been so irritated by my encounter I published a notice to customer support indicating my frustration. The reaction, "thanks for the feedback." Won't use again.
