Ripoffs. Scams. False representations, hidden costs, shady seminars, high pressure salesmen, no full disclosures of the facts, liars, cheats. Legal thieves, grim reapers of finance, dollar disasters, killers of bank accounts, etc etc etc City D'Jou

I have seen complaint after complaint ad naseum. What I haven't seen much of are reports of how problems have been resolved. So I am here to give you all a few suggestions about how to bring those legal criminals to their internet knees. It's called lifting public and private awarenss. It's called telling everyone you can think of about places like this site. It's called bringing a company into the fullness of light and accountability for their diplorable actions. Your imaginations and creativities are only limited by you.in other words, the sky is the limit and the depth is as deep as the oceans of the world.

Let me start you on your own paths and give some key suggestions about things I did. I wrote everyone I could think of. I wrote my US and State Senators as well as my State and US Representitives. I wrote national and local newspapers. I wrote syndicated and cable news sources and my own local television stations. I wrote and informed people who sponsored them and allowed them access to convention centers, confererance rooms and other public venues with wich to spin their tangled webs of deception in. Finally I found out who their bank was and sent them my story also and I fully intend to send their Institutional Ownership everything I have on them.

Institutional Ownership defined, in case you aren't aware, are a list of major investors in a given company. They consist of Brokerage Firms, Investment Groups, Mutual Funds and the like. You can find a list of these individuals and organizations either through Stock Quote Websites or through MSN's, AOL's and/or Yahoo's Stock Quotes Sites. They could look like the following: Goldman Capitol Management, James Investment Research, Intrepid Capitol Advisors and so forth. You begin to get the picture here. When you can impact the sale of the dirty company's stock, then you hit them where it hurts the most... Right in their own butt wallets. Nobody likes that!!!

Anyway, my point in all of this is to make as many people, organizations and government agencies aware of any named, given company as you can.in so doing, we all begin to gain power in our voices against any specific company. Remember, there is strength in numbers. When you throw enough of the stinky stuff against the wall something is bound to stick.

The bottom line is to send everything you can to anybody you can. However, and this is a huge however, while you are sending your story, also send supporting evidence along with it. Send links, documentations, other people's stories and the like. This way you will add credibility to your own stories and complaints.

One person gets tid bits, two people get a whole meal. But, when thousands speak about an issue (or in this case a company), we all get the whole restaurant. Get my drift??? Even people who have settled for mere morsels get something back in the long run. The satisfaction of seeing a multi-million dollar company go down in flames. We get to see their stock price beginning to drop like a bad habit. Then ultimately (in some cases) we get to see the handcuffs being slapped on them on national television and see it splashed all over the newspapers. How sweet can that be?

With education comes power. With power comes strength. With strength comes rewards. With support for a single cause comes revenge. And, revenge is sweet, ain't it???

Thank you so much for reading Sermon #2... More to come.
