Poor Internet and Customer Service

As a new Dish customer since April I was thrilled to be receiving wireless internet and television services. Little did I know my excitement would be short lived, and my services nothing but headaches. I was extremely dissatisfied with my Dish services that I chose to cancel my internet services. A smaller of my issues is I was quoted my out the door total bundle price as being $87.99 monthly, instead my full bill is $97.78. Since receiving my internet connection in April, I can count on my fingers how much I have actually been able to use my wifi. I have called in numerous times, spending cellphone minutes and hours of my time on the phone only to get the run around. It seems every time I have called or had a tech come out to my home, a new issue on Dish's side has occurred such as bad port, main terminal problems, and lastly I was sent a new modem (without being contacted prior to even notify me it would be arriving or that the old one was even bad) apparently due to the Dish techs finding my modem was bad. The technical support manager reviewed my records and stated he would contact billing to discount my internet services due to the fact I had very little if any internet service that entire month. My new modem was connected, yet I still had issues. Again, I contacted Dish support this time to be told my desk top computer is bad along with my laptop they had previously told me was bad. What a fluke that two computers and two brand new cellphones all cannot connect, yet Dish insists its my problem. The internet was intermittent on the desktop computer, connecting and disconnecting on its own every couple of minutes. Well speaking to the tech he was insistent this problem was on my end, and even provided a list of things in my home that could be preventing the Internet from working (running water, mirrors, windows, DVDs, microwave, etc.). What kind of rock do you people think we live under?! Of course my home is equipped with these amenities, along with everyone else I know, but their Internet connection is not disturbed by these items. I took my laptop and phones to another home with wifi, and would you believe all my devices that Dish told me were bad all work perfectly fine! I was so frustrated with my Dish service that I wanted to cancel my bundle. Low and behold, Dish would not let me cancel my television service without paying $400 because the internet was my issue. When I signed with Dish it was for a bundle of Dish services. I do not feel that I should be charged that $97.78 due to the fact that services were not actually rendered. I had to pay the $97.78 to avoid being sent to collections, but i did file a billing dispute. When I called regarding the status of my billing dispute, the representative stated the notes indicated someone from Dish had called me regarding it and left contact information in a voicemail. No voicemail was ever received on my phone, nor did the Dish employee leave their name or contact information in the tech notes. This Dish representative who supposedly contacted me chose to close my billing dispute claim because I never contacted them back. The day I cancelled my Dish internet service (May 21) I was informed that a box and return label would be sent to me so that I may return the internet modem. Today is June 18th, and I never received a box and return label nor a bill from Dish. I did find my original modem box from when I set up services with Dish and I mailed the modem with that return label on it so that I would not be charged for the modem. When I contacted Dish today to inform them of me sending the modem back and inquiring about my bill, I was informed that the shipping label was incorrect and I would be charged, and to top it off my upcoming bill is now $203.85!! If a person takes their vehicle into an automotive repair shop needing a new engine, and the shop installs a new engine, but the car does not run why should the customer pay for that service? So I say again, why should I pay for services not rendered? Dish had done nothing to help in resolving my issues except to put the blame on me. I would like to be contacted by a Dish supervisor in regards to my issues in hopes of getting these issues resolved.
