Nothing shipped

I have requested 3 purses out of this e shop but not one of them were shipped, their customer care is wholly unaware and nobody actually bothered answering my emails. Reimbursement requests were left overlooked aswell and sadly my lender stated that they mightnot help me within this scenario since deal termination period has approved
