Our order was not shipped

I bought item from Maximum Vendor Co. But they’ve provided me tracking number that was phony, I wasn’t in a position to utilize that following support and after I’ve reported about this they’ve provided me another quantity. Long story short all occurred again and after I’ve requested for reimbursement they’ve dismissed me.
