They will turn my service off and send to collection agency If I don’t pay

With Verizon Wireless Wifi, delivered back faulty Wifi around 11-13-11 in self addressed envelope, I believed situation was shut, today they're charging me for 269.99 for device they claim they didn’t obtain. Their documents are all messed up they offered me tracking range for Fed X, which was incorrect, after which they offered me tracking range for that Postoffice, that will be not the correct one, I did so go towards the Postoffice, however they can’t supply proper monitoring. Documents are incorrect, many different tales every time I contact, They needed me to document state from the Postoffice due to their device that was under National specific tracking range, Move figure, Spoken to Boss have gotton no-where.

They haven’t actually looked the factory for that device, They claim there's no border for Individual Mistake on the component. They'll change my support down and deliver to collection company Easily don’t spend. Boss claims that can’t do something about this, and that I need to spend. I want help with one of these individuals!
