Lavonnie Kalina, the owner of Kais Dreamhair, has to be one of the best scam artist that I have ever encountered. I was ripped off by Lavonnie Kalina for $1068.00 in January. I ordered two full lace wigs and I was assured that they would be completed by March. When I did not receive my wigs in March, I made phone calls and sent emails to Lavonnie Kalina to inquire about my wigs and I was told that there must have been a problem with the shipping. Later in the week, I was told that the wigmakers had experienced some sort of mishap, so two new wigs would be made to replace the wigs that were "lost". By the time the middle of May or early June arrived, I knew that I had been ripped off by Lavonnie Kalina. After I voiced to Lavonnie that I knew that she had ripped me off, my calls and emails went un-answered.
Ladies, if you value your hard earned money, DO NOT order from Kais Dreamhair because Lavonnie Kalina is the epitome of a con-artist. I must admit it, she is good because she had me fooled with her sweet voice and pretend knowledge of full lace wigs. This lady even went to the extent to lie about selling full lace wigs to celebrities! I should've known better when I noticed that she has no pictures of customers wearing her wigs. I was floored when she sent a $20 wig to my home with tracks in it and actually tried to pass it off as a full lace wig! I was done by this time...
It is May and I have yet to receive anything from this person, I have accepted the fact that I was robbed of $1068.00 by Lavonnie Kalina, and I do know that God can handle people like Lavonnie Kalina way better than I can, thus, every dog has her day. Ladies, I would not spend the time to write this complaint against this lady/company if I was not a victim of Lavonnie Kalina's lace wig scam and I hope that this will prevent others from being victimized by Kais Dreamhair. I honestly do not believe that this company exists because I made a phone call to Lavonnie Kalina and she answered saying my name before I greeted her which only let me know at the time that this woman is using her personal phone and passing it off as a business line... Ladies BEWARE!!!
