Primecast Cable
Repeated Fraudulent Receipt of Payment

Primecast has been our internet service provider and an agent for Directv as our cable provider for about 2 years. We were forced to accept autopay billing after months of attempting to get primecast to correct our overcharges. We've been paying via autopay and our bank account for approximately two years.

In February of after Primecast deducted the monthly bill from our account, we received notice from Directv that they would no longer be doing business through Primecast and to pay our television payment directly to them. Primecast took payments from our account on 2-09-12,2-22-12,3-20-12, and we paid them for internet services on 4-20-12.

Only ONE of the payments taken from our account was posted to Directv, (according to DTV,) so now DTV says we are two months behind on our payment and threatens to turn our tv service off. Primecast repeatedly has said they're sorry, it's their fault, and claimed to have re-posted the payments. They have not.

Where is our money? We have been on the telephone three times with both Primecast and DTV. Primecast has given us two different "confirmation numbers" that supposedly DTV gives when a payment has been posted. But still DTV claims no payment has been made.

Primecast today (4-30-12) sent an email informing us due to "unfortunate circumstances" they will no longer provide internet service to our location, starting TOMORROW, 5-01-12. We already sent a payment for these forthcoming services. The total payments Primecast has taken for zero services is now $246.62.
