I purchased a licenses for three 2010 Microsoft Office Professional Plus keys. They were supposed to email me the codes and then send me a physical copy via mail. The physical copy never arrived.
I called Microsoft and they said the code was only valid for two computers. The website went offline almost immediately after my purchase. It eventually came back up and months later someone sent me a new code. However, this did not work either. I tried to call again, but did not receive a return call or email.
They had the nerve to send me an email stating they are now doing business under a new website, sharpmediaexperts.com. I emailed them under the new site, but received no reply. This is a rip off and a scam.
The old adage still holds true... If it looks too good to be true, it probably is. I am finally biting the bullet and going to a brick and mortar office store to purchase a replacement set of software. (I forgot to mention that the software kept crashing)
This company is a big scam and buyers should be warned to stay away. I will not make another purchase from any online vendor before checking the complaint.
