James Carl Montanus Express Micro PC, Micro Express PC - Sold Dead Memory. Mr. James Carl Montanus is a fraud and cheat

I have dealt with Mr. Montanus with Micro Express dba Express Micro computers for many years. He has sold me a bunch of crap over the years but always made up for it. Just recently did Mr. Montanus sell to me 20,000 pieces of memory stick at a whole sale price. Over $10,000.00 he took me for. Only about 1,000 (10%) of the memory actually works. I have been after him to get my money for 6 months and he continually changes his phone number. I traced his address to: 6735 Green Island Circle, Lake Worth, FL 33463 but that did not work. He is currently residing in Boca Raton at: 10575 CRYSTAL COVE LN, BOCA RATON, FL 33498

He never answers his phone and every couple of weeks he has a new phone number. I am fed up. Now recently I found out that he has been arrested (3) times and his last arrest was a few days ago.
