The company is selling a service that is illegal for most companies to use, the are selling an automated voice broadcasting service, where they can call your phone with a prerecorded message. Well that service is banned by the FTC for most companies except non profit, government agencies and business to business call and their is $10,000 fine for anyone who isnt one of these types of companies.
Well Ytel sells this service to any and everyone and NEVER informs them about the law and the fact that it is illegal. I know because I used the service and I had to find out from an outside source that it was against the law to use.
