Buzme RIPOFF unauthorized change in billing plan product not working correctly Nationwide

I signed up for a free 30 day trial on Jan 5. At that time I was happy with the service. I signed up to be billed monthly by visa card. I was billed for the month of Feb. On March 5, I was billed for the next 6 months. I e-mailed them several times to correct the billing - NO RESPONSE!!! On the 12th of June my caller id pop up box just quit working. I e-mailed support 3 times complaining and asking for help. Their response was that the problem was with the telephone company.

I made sure that there was no conflict with installed programs, called the phone company to investigate the problem. The phone company (bellsouth) said all was fine. I e-mailed support again.

They e-mailed back and told me to call their tech. Support at $1.95 per minute. They refused to call me so I would not have to pay the $1.95 per minute. The problem is in their program, WHY should I have to pay to repair a problem for a service that I am paying for??? It seems totally unethical to me. Needless to say, I have e-mailed them to NOT renew my service in September. I'll bet they charge me anyway in which case I will be filing more complaints with the Attorney General ant the FCC.

This company has bad business practices!!!
