On 3/12, I taken care of a LCD camera fix through his site and delivered my camera via priority mail. 14 days later, my first-contact was the camera was obtained. It's been over per month today with zero follow-UPS by mail and telephone and that I have obtained no reaction regarding the fix of the camera. The calls and emails go unanswered.
If it requires over per month to correct a camera, it ought to be mentioned upon checkout to lessen the issues clients might have. At this time, I'd like a reimbursement and my camera back and so I may move elsewhere.
