They told me they were taking me to court for $300 that i took a loan out in dec

Today i got a phone call telling me that cash advance usa was talking me to court for $300 that i took at loan out in dec but they could not tell me the day and that there would be a police officer that will come to my house and arrest me i went to my bank to see it this money was ever put in and it was never put in to my bank... Someone plz help me
